对苯二甲醚绿色合成工艺研究
Study on the Green Synthesis Process of Terephthalic Ether
【摘要】 采用无毒无害的绿色化工原料碳酸二甲酯(DMC)代替有毒有害的硫酸二甲酯、碘甲烷、氯甲烷等作为对苯二酚(HQ)的甲基化试剂,合成对苯二甲醚,并从催化剂种类、催化剂用量、反应物配比、反应温度、反应时间等方面进行优化研究。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为:n(HQ)∶n(DMC)=1∶4,催化剂为DBN(1,5-二氮杂二环[4.3.0]壬-5-烯),催化剂用量为HQ用量的10%,反应温度160℃,反应时间6 h。在该条件下对苯二甲醚的收率为98.6%,且反应无废水和废盐产生,实现绿色合成目标。
【Abstract】 Use non-toxic and harmless green chemical raw material dimethyl carbonate(DMC) instead of toxic and harmful dimethyl sulfate, methyl iodide, methyl chloride, etc. as the methylation reagent of hydroquinone(HQ) to synthesize hydroquinone dimethyl, and optimize research from the aspects of catalyst type, catalyst dosage, reactant ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time, etc. The results show that the optimal process conditions are: n(HQ)∶n(DMC)=1∶4, the catalyst is DBN(1,5-Diazabicyclo[4.3.0]non-5-ene), the amount of catalyst is 10% of the amount of HQ, the reaction temperature is 160 ℃, and the reaction time is 6 hours. Under these conditions, the yield of hydroquinone dimethyl is 98.6%, and there is no waste water and waste salt produced in the reaction, achieving the goal of green synthesis.
