聚丙烯酸类高吸水树脂附着性能改进研究
Modification of Adhesion Properties of Commercial Polyacrylic Superabsorbent Resin
【摘要】 通过在商用聚丙烯酸类高吸水树脂中加入木质素及其衍生物和无机纤维,对其在物体表面的附着性能进行改进。利用流变仪在频率扫描模式下测试了样品模量;通过喷涂实验表征了样品的附着性能。结果表明加入木质素及其衍生物和无机纤维提高了吸水树脂的储能模量和损耗模量;与原始吸水树脂样品相比,加入木质素及其衍生物的吸水树脂的附着性能有所改善,而加入无机纤维的吸水树脂的附着性能可提高2-4倍,二者的差异是由于不同的作用机理导致的:木质素及其衍生物在吸水树脂中分布在吸水树脂粒子间,增加了粒子间的摩擦力;无机纤维则通过搭接形成网络,束缚了吸水树脂的滑动。本文对吸水树脂附着性能改进的研究对其在高分子水凝胶灭火剂的应用中有指导意义。
【Abstract】 In this paper, lignin, its derivatives and inorganic fibers were added into polyacrylicsuperabsorbent resin to improve its adhesion property on the surface. The modulus of the samples were tested in the rheological frequency scanning mode, and the lignin and its derivatives, inorganic fiber and the superabsorbent resin were stirred respectively, and the stirred samples were sprayed. The presence of lignin and its derivatives can improve the stability of superabsorbent resin hydrogel particles, thus improving its adhesion ability to the surface of objects, and can significantly improve the fire extinguishing effect of polymer hydrogel extinguishing agent. The inorganic fiber has the characteristics of non-toxic, tasteless and thermal insulation. The inorganic fiber is added into the super absorbent resin, and the internal fibers are interwoven and bonded together after stirring to form a network structure with certain strength, thus increasing the adhesion thickness of the polymer hydrogel and effectively improving the fire extinguishing effect of the polymer hydrogel extinguishing agent.
