碳化硅材料热学性能的研究与发展
Research and Development of Thermal Properties of SiC
【摘要】 碳化硅材料在航天工业中被用于热保护系统的超高温陶瓷复合材料。本文介绍了在高温氧化环境中使用的主要是碳化硅陶瓷复合材料,还分析了碳化硅的氧化过程和解决方案。碳化硅通常与碳纤维混合,用于非氧化物基体材料中,从而获得增强复合材料,在2600℃以上的温度下进行应用。进而,本文重点介绍了三代碳化硅纤维的发展以及简单说明了碳化硅纤维的两种商业制备方法。最后对碳化硅材料的抗氧化性和经济性上提出了一些展望。
【Abstract】 Si C material is an ultra-high temperature ceramic composite material used in thermal protection system in aerospace industry.This paper introduces the silicon carbide ceramic composites used in high temperature oxidation environment,and analyzes the oxidation process and solutions of silicon carbide. Si C is usually mixed with carbon fiber and used in non-oxide matrix materials to obtain reinforced composites that can be used at temperatures above 2600 ℃ . Furthermore,the development of three generations of silicon carbide fibers and two commercial preparation methods of silicon carbide fibers are introduced in this paper. Finally,some prospects for the oxidation resistance and economy of Si C materials are put forward.
