【Abstract】 Seven olanzapine derivatives were synthesized with olanzapine as the lead Compound. The structure of the compound was identified by1 H NMR,13 C NMR and MS,and the pharmacological activity of olanzapine and its derivatives was screened.The results showed that compared with olanzapine,olanzapine derivatives can increase cell survival rate and apoptotic index is also significantly reduced.更多还原
