奥氮平衍生物的合成及其生物活性研究
Synthesis and Biological Activity of Olanzapine Derivatives
【摘要】 本文以奥氮平为先导物,合成7个奥氮平衍生物,该系列化合物结构经1H NMR、13C NMR、MS鉴定,并对奥氮平其及其衍生物进行药理活性筛选。研究结果表明,与奥氮平相比,个别奥氮平衍生物能够提高细胞的存活率,凋亡指数也有明显降低。
【Abstract】 Seven olanzapine derivatives were synthesized with olanzapine as the lead Compound. The structure of the compound was identified by1 H NMR,13 C NMR and MS,and the pharmacological activity of olanzapine and its derivatives was screened.The results showed that compared with olanzapine,olanzapine derivatives can increase cell survival rate and apoptotic index is also significantly reduced.
