碳氢溶剂在低电场下体积电阻率的变化规律的研究
Study on the Change Law of Volume Resistivity of Hydrocarbon Solvent Under Low Electric Field
【摘要】 碳氢溶剂因毒性小、不破坏臭氧层、易降解的生物友好型在工业清洗中受到欢迎,特别是高体积电阻率和高击穿电压等优异电学性能和对油污的清洗能力在带电清洗行业中发挥重要作用。本文主要研究几种碳氢溶剂在低电场下其体积电阻率的变化规律。实验表明:结合三种碳氢溶剂的放电时间长短对实验的影响,确定放电时间为5 min就可以达到放电效果,不影响下一个试验的进行。加压时间在6~7 min左右,电阻率值趋于稳定。体积电阻率随直流电压的增大而减小,表明随着电压增大,油中离子浓度上升,增加电流密度,使电阻率值减小。
【Abstract】 Hydrocarbon solvents are popular in industrial cleaning because of their low toxicity,non-damaging ozone layer,and easily degradable,bio-friendly,especially excellent electrical properties such as high volume resistivity and high breakdown voltage,and their ability to clean oil stains in the live cleaning industry Play an important role. This article mainly studies the volume resistivity of several hydrocarbon solvents under low electric field. The experiment shows that: combining the influence of the discharge time of the three hydrocarbon solvents on the experiment,confirming that the discharge time is 5 min,the discharge effect can be achieved without affecting the next experiment. The pressure time is about 6 ~ 7 min,and the resistivity value tends to be stable. The volume resistivity decreases with the increase of DC voltage,indicating that as the voltage increases,the ion concentration in the oil increases,increasing the current density,and reducing the resistivity value.
