硫化锌材料的研究与发展
Research and Development of Zinc Sulfide Materials
【摘要】 ZnS材料是第三代半导体,可以应用于不同领域当中。介绍了ZnS材料的基本性质;介绍了ZnS材料在光催化中可用作光催化剂、在太阳能电池中可用作太阳能电池的缓冲层、是良好的发光材料可以应用于光器件中;并且综述了国内外对于ZnS材料在光催化中催化效率、太阳能电池中理论与实验的关系、光器件中发光效率的发展状况,最后对ZnS材料的制备以及热学性质方面提出了一些展望。
【Abstract】 ZnS materials are third-generation semiconductors and can be used in different fields. This article introduces the basic properties of ZnS materials; introduces that ZnS materials can be used as photocatalysts in photocatalysis,can be used as buffer layers of solar cells in solar cells,are good luminescent materials and can be used in optical devices; In China and abroad,the catalytic efficiency of ZnS materials in photocatalysis,the relationship between theory and experiment in solar cells,and the development status of luminous efficiency in optical devices are discussed. Finally,some prospects for the preparation and thermal properties of ZnS materials are put forward.
