【Abstract】 With the development of labor education in the new era,labor education is running through the whole stage of talent training,and the nature of production and labor in chemistry is prominent,which is closely related to the ability of practical labor.The concept of labor education can give full play to the advantages of disciplines. Therefore,it is particularly important to explore a new model to cultivate the ability of labor education of chemical normal students.
