固体酸催化制备珠光剂乙二醇硬脂酸酯的研究
Study on Preparation of Pearlescent Glycol Stearate Catalyzed by Solid Acid
【摘要】 乙二醇硬脂酸酯一种能赋予产品珍珠般光泽的助剂,可在香波、浴液等洗涤用品中作为珠光剂使用。其由硬脂酸酯和乙二醇在酸催化下通过酯化反应制备而成,传统的制备方法采用浓硫酸作为催化剂,催化效率高、但产品色泽深,需要后期进行脱色处理,增加了生产工序和产品的成本。此外,也有采用正磷酸、硅钨酸、对甲苯磺酸、对甲苯磺酸和亚磷酸复合酸催化剂、负载型固体酸催化剂等的研究。本文采用固体酸作为催化剂制备了乙二醇硬脂酸酯,通过红外光谱表征了产物的结构,研究了反应温度,反应时间及催化剂用量对产品性能的影响。结果发现:以固体酸作为催化剂,催化效率高,副反应少,反应时间2.5 h、固体酸催化剂用量2.4 g、反应温度150℃时,产品颜色浅,产率高,为92.5%。
【Abstract】 Glycol stearate is a kind of chemical fertilizer that can give products pearl-like luster. It can be used as pearlite in shampoo,bath and other washing products. It is mainly prepared by stearate and glycol under the catalysis of acid. The traditional preparation method uses concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst,with high catalytic efficiency,but the product has deep color,which requires decolorization treatment in the later stage,increasing the production process and product cost. Moreover,there are also studies using phosphoric acid,silicotungstic acid,p-toluenesulfonic acid,p-toluenesulfonic acid and phosphite complex acid catalyst,solid acid catalyst and so on. In this paper,solid acid was used as catalyst to prepare glycol stearate. The structure of the product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and catalyst amount on the product performance were studied. The results showed that using solid acid as catalyst had high catalytic efficiency and few side effects. When the reaction time was 2. 5 h,the dosage of solid acid catalystwas 2. 4 g and the reaction temperature was 150 ℃,the product was light in color and the yield was 92. 5%.
