利用铝灰制备硅酸盐基臭氧氧化催化剂及其催化性能研究
Preparation of Silicate-based Ozone Oxidation Catalyst Using Aluminum Ash and Its Catalytic Performance
【摘要】 以工业废弃物铝灰为主要原料,经预处理后浸渍活性组分,采用滚动成型工艺制备臭氧氧化催化剂。以苯胺为模拟废水进行催化臭氧氧化实验,探究其催化性能。采用XRF,XRD,EDX,SEM对铝灰及催化剂进行表征。结果表明:催化剂为多孔结构,表面元素分布均匀,主要活性组分为α-Fe2O3;当臭氧投加量为3 g·h-1,催化剂加入量为200 g·L-1,溶液p H值为10时,反应60 min后,COD去除率达89.71%;催化剂经8次重复使用后,废水COD去除效果没有明显降低,催化剂较为稳定。
【Abstract】 Ozonation catalyst was prepared using industrial waste aluminum ash as the main raw material,pretreating and impregnating active component by rolling molding process. The catalytic performance was investigated by ozonation oxidation experiment using aniline as simulation wastewater. The aluminum ash and catalyst were characterized by XRF,XRD,EDX and SEM. The results showed that the catalyst was porous,the surface elements were evenly distributed,and the main active component was α-Fe2O3. The COD removal rate reached 89. 71% after reacting 60 min with the ozone amount of 3 g · h-1,catalyst amount of 200 g·L-1,and solution p H of 10. After the catalyst was reused for 8 times,the COD removal effect of waste water was not significantly reduced,and the catalyst was relatively stable.
