【摘要】 目的 了解北京市通州区医务人员接种和推荐接种新型冠状病毒疫苗(以下简称新冠疫苗)意愿及影响因素，为新冠疫苗上市后推广和防控提供参考依据。方法 在全区各级医疗机构抽取1 774人，采用问卷星进行线上调查，Excel 2007软件整理数据，SPSS 19.0进行统计分析，采用单因素和多因素分析，P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 本次共调查1 658名医务人员，68.40%和70.08%的医务人员会接种和推荐接种疫苗。多因素分析结果显示：户籍、医院类别、岗位、是否直接参与新冠诊疗防控、近3年是否接种过疫苗、新冠疾病能够通过疫苗预防是接种和推荐他人接种新冠疫苗的影响因素。结论 通州区医务人员接种和推荐接种意愿处于中等水平，通过多途径提高医务人员疫苗相关知识水平，使其成为疫苗推广的主要力量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the willingness and influencing factors of medical staff in Tongzhou district of Beijing to vaccinate and recommend COVID-19 vaccine, and provide reference for the promotion of COVID-19 vaccine and epidemic prevention after its release.Methods A total of 1 774 people were randomly selected from 2 tertiary hospitals, 2 secondary hospitals and 20 community healthcare service in Tongzhou. Questionnaire Star was used for online survey, Excel 2007 software was used to collate data, and SPSS 19.0 was used for statistical analysis, using univariate and multivariate analysis, with P < 0.05 difference being statistically significant.Results A total of 1 658 medical staff were investigated, 68.40% and 70.08% of them would be vaccinated and recommend vaccination. The result of multivariate analysis showed that registered residence, hospital type, position, whether directly involved in COVID-19 diagnosis and treatment, whether they had been vaccinated in recent 3 years, and whether COVID-19 disease could be prevented by the vaccine were the influencing factors in vaccinating and recommending others to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.Conclusions The willingness of medical staff in Tongzhou to vaccinate and recommend vaccination is at an intermediate level, and it is important to improve their vaccine-related knowledge level through various means so that they can become the main force of vaccine promotion.更多还原
