人才政策对大学生在昌就业意愿影响的实证研究——以南昌“人才10条”政策为例

【摘要】 在对387名大学生进行问卷调查的基础上,分析大学生在昌就业意愿的影响因素,将其归纳为人才政策、个人特征、社会环境三个维度。通过构建Logit模型,实证研究南昌2020年出台的"人才10条"政策对大学生在昌就业意愿的影响,结果表明:大学生对南昌"人才10条"政策的了解程度与在昌就业意愿呈显著正相关;大学生对"人才10条"政策满意度越高,在昌就业的意愿就越高。因此,要有效依托网络新媒体加强政策宣传,让更多的大学生了解南昌"人才10条"政策;完善"人才10条"政策的内容,提升大学生对其的满意度,吸引更多的大学生在昌就业。

【Abstract】 Based on a questionnaire survey of 387 college students, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of college students’ willingness to work in Nanchang, and summarizes the influencing factors into three dimensions: talent policy, personal characteristics and social environment.By constructing Logit model, this paper empirically studies the impact of Nanchang 2020 “10 Talent” policy on college students’ willingness to work in Nanchang.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between college students’ understanding of Nanchang’s “10 Talent” policy and their willingness to work in Nanchang.The higher the degree of college students’ satisfaction with the policy, the higher their willingness to work in Nanchang.Therefore, it is necessary to effectively rely on network new media to strengthen policy publicity, so that more college students can understand Nanchang “10 Talent” policy; improving the content of the “10 Talent” policy, promoting college students’ satisfaction with it, and attracting more college students to work in Nanchang.
