【摘要】 目的探讨临床护理路径在全胸腔镜下二尖瓣置换围术期护理的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年1月至2019年12月行全胸腔镜下二尖瓣置换手术的76例患者,入院后根据住院号尾数单双号,分为单号观察组和双号对照组,观察组患者42例,采用临床护理路径进行护理,对照组患者34例,采用常规的护理办法。对比两组患者对疾病的健康知识掌握程度和手术方式的了解情况、住院时间、术后并发症发生率、术后早期下地活动时间以及对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组患者对疾病的健康知识掌握程度和对手术方式的了解情况评分为(30.12±2.87)分,平均住院时间为(10.43±4.6) d,术后并发症的发生率为14.29%,术后下地活动时间为术后(25.32±10.52) h,对护理工作的满意度为100.00%,对照组患者分别为(25.32±2.88)分、(16.81±8.52) d,41.18%、(30.82±11.76) h、82.35%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径应用在全胸腔镜下二尖瓣置换的围术期可以促进患者早日康复,提高医护人员工作效率,提高围术期护理质量及患者对护理工作的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore effect of clinical nursing pathway applied to mitral valve replacement under full thoracoscopy in perioperative period.Methods From January 2015 to December 2019,76 patients who underwent mitral valve replacement under full thoracoscopy in our hospital were selected. After admission,they were divided into observation group( single-number) and control group( double-number) according to hospitalization number. In observation group,42 patients used clinical nursing pathways. In control group,34 patients used conventional nursing methods. Health knowledge,understanding of surgical methods,hospital stay,postoperative complications,early time for underground activities and satisfaction were compared. Results For observation group,their health knowledge and understanding of surgical methods had( 30. 12 ± 2. 87) points,average hospital stay was( 10. 43±4. 6) d,postoperative complications incidence was 14. 29%,early time for underground activities was( 25. 32±10. 52) h after surgery,and satisfaction was 100. 00%.
