【摘要】 本文从社区公共服务理念出发,以天津市内六区及滨海新区被国家和市文明办授予的10个文明社区公共服务相关内容为实证材料,深化城市社区公共服务研究,构建与新时代城市社区文明程度相匹配的公共健康促进服务项目体系,发挥体育、艺术、文化三大领域项目健康促进的功能,有效地帮助居民提高选择健康的技能,自觉的保护自身健康和生活环境,利用城市社区公共健康促进服务项目,能够判断和应对自身的健康问题,并能通过所掌握的健康促进的方法、内容及手段很好的预防和调控自身的健康问题,减少疾病。研究表明,新时代城市社区公共健康促进服务项目体系是对社区及周边经常开展的、居民喜爱的和有利于健康促进的体育、艺术、文化三大领域项目进行优化而形成了科学化健康促进项目体系;所构建的服务项目体系领域融合、项目多元、目标清晰,为其他城市社区公共健康促进服务改革与建设提供有益的启示与参考,为政府决策层与社区实践执行层提供理论依据。更多还原
