无人机技术在紫坪铺水库综合管理中的应用研究
Research on Application of UAV in Integrated Management of Zipingpu Reservoir
【摘要】 笔者引入无人机参与水库综合管理,探索安全化、便捷化、高效化的无人机水库巡查。选取紫坪铺水库为研究对象,围绕库区环境、非法活动、水污染调查、地质灾害巡查等水库管理重点工作,采用建立的巡查工作体系,保障水库运行安全、供水安全和防洪安全。应用结果表明:无人机技术克服了传统水库管理方法中覆盖面小、信息化程度低等突出问题,实现了库区运行状态的高效、动态、全面的多元多维监控与管理,全面提升水库综合管理水平。
【Abstract】 UVA is introduced by the author in integrated management of Zipingpu reservoir pursuing safe, convenient and efficient inspection of the reservoir area. Following the preset inspection system, UVA is applied to carry out key tasks such as surveillance of surrounding environment, detection of illegal activities, investigation of water pollution and monitoring of geological disaster within the reservoir area, so as to ensure safe operation of the reservoir, guarantee water supply and flood control in a safe and reliable mode. The application results show that UAV technology can significantly overcome outstanding problems such as small coverage and insufficient informationization in traditional reservoir management methods. With UAV, efficient, dynamic, full and multidimensional monitoring and management of the operating status of the reservoir is realized, thus integrated management of reservoir is greatly improved.
