水稻耐高温相关基因功能及其信号通路研究进展

【摘要】 【目的】综述当前已报道水稻响应高温相关基因研究进展,以期为耐高温分子机制解析和水稻育种提供理论依据。【方法】通过已有的研究成果,对水稻响应高温相关基因进行系统阐述,总结了当前一些关键的高温信号通路及分子机理。【结果】水稻响应高温是一个极其复杂的生理过程,目前已克隆相关基因有5类,涉及6个重要的胞内信号通路,但具体调控机理仍有待深入探析。【结论】未来的研究应继续克隆一些关键的高温相关基因,明确水稻感知和传递高温信号的分子机制,挖掘优异等位基因用于水稻生产实际。

【Abstract】 【Objective】In order to provide a theoretical basis for molecular mechanism analysis and rice breeding of high temperature resistance,the research progress on genes related to rice high temperature response are reviewed.【Method】By consulting related literatures,rice high temperature resistance related genes are analyzed in detail,some important signal pathways and molecular mechanisms are summarized.【Result】High temperature resistance is a quite complex process. At present,genes about rice responds to high temperature can be divided into five categories,which involved in six types of intracellular signal pathways. But the molecular mechanism needs to be further explored.【Conclusion】Future research should focus on cloning of more important key genes,clarifying the molecular mechanism of high temperature sensing and transmitting,which will help provide more favorable alleles for rice breeding.
