松材线虫病在山东省的风险分析

【摘要】 松材线虫Bursaphelenchus xylophilus是我国重要的林业检疫性有害生物之一,由其引起的松材线虫病给松树造成了毁灭性危害。近年来,松材线虫病在山东省的部分区域呈扩散蔓延、暴发危害的趋势。本研究利用气候动态模型CLIMEX预测了松材线虫病在山东的适生性,并根据有害生物危险性分析方法对其在山东的风险性等级做出综合评价。结果表明:山东省全境均为松材线虫病的适生区,其中高度适生区主要分布在威海、烟台、青岛、日照、临沂、济南、泰安、淄博、潍坊和枣庄;松材线虫病在山东省的风险性评估值R=0.9219判定为风险性极大。明确松材线虫病在山东省的适生区范围以及各地区风险性等级,对山东省松材线虫病监测、预警及防控对策与措施的制定和实施具有重要的指导意义。

【Abstract】 Bursaphelenchus xylophilus is one of the important forestry quarantine pests in China. Pine wilt disease caused by this nematode has brought destructive damage to pine trees. In recent years, pine wilt disease showed a trend of spread and outbreak in parts of Shandong province. In this study, CLIMEX model was used to predict the suitable range of pine wilt disease in Shandong province, and the risk level was comprehensively evaluated based on the pest risk analysis methods. The results showed that the whole area of Shandong province was suitable for pine wilt disease, and the high suitable areas is mainly distributed in Weihai, Yantai, Qingdao, Rizhao, Linyi, Jinan, Tai’an, Zibo, Weifang and Zaozhuang. In addition, the risk assessment value R = 0.9219 representing a high risk. It is of great significance to make clear the suitable range of pine wilt disease in Shandong province and the risk level of each region, which has important guiding significance for the development of monitoring, warning and prevention and control measures.
