环境风洞中基于热线和冷线结合的风温瞬态同步测量技术研究
Research on Simultaneous Measurement of Velocity and Temperature Based on the Combination of Hot Wire and Cold Wire in Environmental Wind Tunnel
【摘要】 环境风洞模拟在大型环境影响评价中起到重要作用,但目前国内环境风洞模拟局限于中性层结,其主要原因是温度层结风洞模拟技术与测量技术的不成熟。基于冷线和热线相结合实现了环境风洞中风温瞬态同步测量,其中,冷线用于测量平均温度和温度脉动,热线用于测量平均速度和速度脉动。使用标定装置标定冷线和热线,并提出一种新的温度修正风速的方法,建立了环境风洞中风温瞬态同步测量技术。结果表明,该方法与传统的温度补偿公式相比,在相同条件下,测量精度有较大的提升,并且本方法能够同步获取风速脉动和温度脉动,以此可以计算出风温相关的物理量如热通量等。该方法的实现不仅提升了环境风洞在环境影响评价方面的能力,也为研究如海陆风、热力内边界层等复杂的大气流动与扩散规律提供了可能。
【Abstract】 Environmental wind tunnel simulation plays an important role in large-scale environmental impact assessment.However,at present,environmental wind tunnel simulation is limited to neutral stratification in China,which is mainly due to the immature wind tunnel simulation technology and measurement technology of temperature stratification. In this paper,the transient synchronous measurement of stroke temperature in an environmental wind tunnel is realized based on the combination of cold wire and hot wire. The cold wire is used to measure the mean temperature and temperature fluctuations,and the hot wire is used to measure the mean velocity and velocity fluctuations. Cold wire and hot wire were calibrated by a calibration device,and a new method for temperature correction of wind speed was proposed. The transient synchronous measurement technology of wind temperature in environmental wind tunnel was established. The results showed that compared with the traditional temperature compensation formula,the measurement accuracy of this method is greatly improved under the same conditions. The velocity fluctuations and temperature fluctuations can be obtained simultaneously,so that the quantity related to the wind temperature,such as the heat flux,can be obtained. The realization of this method not only improves the ability of environmental wind tunnels in environmental impact assessment,but also provides a possibility for the study of complex atmospheric flow and diffusion phenomena such as sea,land breeze and thermal inner boundary layer.
