基于STM32的光刺激器研制与系统测试

【摘要】 为了探究近红外光对小鼠脑神经细胞及功能网络的影响,本文设计了一套基于STM32微控制器的光刺激器。通过微控制器的数模转换(Digital to Analog,DA)模块输出光功率、光频率、刺激时长可调的脉冲宽度调制(Pulse Width Modulation,PWM)波,PWM信号传送到LED恒流驱动模块使近红外灯稳定发光。近红外光经过光纤耦合器传送到神经刺激光极,进而对小鼠大脑进行刺激。本文对搭建的光刺激器进行了频率、占空比、光功率以及LED近红外光源输出稳定性的测试。结果表明,搭建的光刺激器可以实现对输出的近红外光的频率、光功率、刺激时长的可调功能,具有一定的应用价值。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effects of near-infrared(nIR) light on mouse brain nerve cells and functional networks, a set of light stimulators based on STM32 microcontroller was designed in this paper. Through the Digital to Analog(DA) module of the microcontroller, output light power, light frequency and Pulse Width Modulation(PWM) wave with adjustable stimulus time duration, PWM signal is transmitted to the LED constant current driving module to make the near-infrared light emit light stably. Near-infrared light is transmitted via a fiber optic coupler to a neural-stimulating photopole, which stimulates the mouse brain. In this paper, the frequency, duty ratio, optical power and output stability of LED near-infrared light source are tested. The results show that the optical stimulator constructed in this paper can realize the adjustable function of output nIR light frequency, light power and stimulation time duration, and has certain application value.
