基于ARM的双频微波消融硬件系统设计

【摘要】 本文以STM32F103ZET6为核心处理器结合微波固态源、蠕动泵、测温针等多个模块、搭建了一套基于915MHz和2450MHz的微波热消融嵌入式控制系统。系统考虑电磁兼容要求YY 0505-2012《医用电气设备第1-2部分:安全通用要求并列标准:电磁兼容要求和实验》,对控制板进行电磁兼容设计并对重要部件加装屏蔽盒,以期满足医疗器械电磁兼容标准。整个系统输出功率误差不超过5%,测温误差不超过0.2℃。

【Abstract】 Objective: In this paper, STM32 F103 ZET6 is used as the core processor, combined with microwave solid-state source, peristaltic pump, temperature measuring needle and other modules, to build a set of microwave thermal ablation embedded control system based on 915 MHz and 2450 MHz. The system considers the electromagnetic compatibility requirements, carries out the electromagnetic compatibility design for the control board and installs the shielding box for the important parts, in order to meet the electromagnetic compatibility standard of medical equipment. The output power error of the entire system does not exceed 5%, and the temperature measurement error does not exceed 0.2℃. The electromagnetic compatibility standard refers to YY 0505-2012 "Medical Electrical Equipment Part 1-2: General Safety Requirements Parallel Standard: Electromagnetic Compatibility Requirements and Experiments".
