【摘要】 目的观察穴位埋线治疗原发性痛经的疗效,为临床提供更多的参考依据。方法选取2018年12月至2020年12月陕西省中医医院妇科和针灸科收治的74例原发性痛经女性为研究对象,排除生殖系统器质性病变后,随机分成对照组37例和埋线组37例,分别给予口服芬必得胶囊和穴位埋线治疗,两组均治疗3个月经周期。治疗前后分别记录视觉模拟评分(VAS)、COX痛经症状量表(CMSS)评分,评估和比较患者的疼痛程度,以及治疗后两组的临床疗效。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后两组VAS评分均降低,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为12.21、22.13,P<0.01),且治疗后埋线组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.00,P<0.01);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组CMSS评分均降低,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为19.66、29.53,P<0.01),且治疗后埋线组CMSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-13.40,P<0.01);埋线组有效等级高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.27,P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线疗法可以有效的改善原发性痛经患者疼痛程度,具有较好的临床效果,值得广泛应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of primary dysmenorrhea treated by acupoint catgut embedding to provide more clinical evidence.Methods A total of 74 female patients with primary dysmenorrhea admitted into the department of gynecology and the department of acupuncture of Shaanxi Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2020 were chosen as the research subjects.After excluding organic diseases of the reproductive system, they were randomly divided into the control group with 37 cases and the embedding group with 37 cases.They were given oral Fenbid Capsules and acupoint catgut embedding treatment respectively.Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and COX Menstrual Symptom Scale(CMSS) scores before and after the treatment were recorded to evaluate and compare the pain degree and the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were reduced after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(t=12.21 and 22.13,respectively, P<0.01),and the VAS score of the embedding group after treatment was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.00,P<0.01).Compared with before treatment, the CMSS score of the two groups decreased after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(t=19.66 and 29.53,respectively, P<0.01),and the CMSS score of the embedding group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=-13.40,P<0.01),and the effective grade of the catgut embedding group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(Z=-2.27,P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding therapy can effectively alleviate the pain degree of patients with primary dysmenorrhea.It has good clinical effects and is worthy of wide application.更多还原
