【摘要】 目的探讨医联体方式管理对初产妇母乳喂养效果的影响。方法以2019年1月至2020年6月西南医科大学附属医院分娩的126例初产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将产妇分为两组:对照组共63例,接受常规管理;观察组共63例,接受医联体方式管理,比较两组产妇的孕期营养知识、母乳喂养知识、母乳喂养成功率和喂养效果、母乳喂养自我效能和满意度。结果两组产妇的年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、文化水平、收入水平比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);观察组产妇的孕期营养知识、母乳喂养知识得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t值分别为2.145、2.307,均P<0.05);观察组产妇的母乳喂养成功率和喂养效果评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2/t值分别为4.876、2.089,均P<0.05);观察组产妇的母乳喂养自我效能评分和满意度评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t值分别为2.126、2.023,均P<0.05)。结论医联体方式管理能够提高初产妇女的孕期营养知识和母乳喂养知识储备,提高母乳喂养成功率和喂养效果,且产妇自我效能和满意度更高,临床上值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore influence of medical consortium management model on effect of breastfeeding of primiparae, aiming to improve maternal and infantile outcomes.Methods A total of 126 primiparae who delivered in The Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as research subjects.The primiparae were divided into observation group and control group in random number table method.63 primiparae in the control group received routine management, and other 63 primiparae in the observation group received medical consortium management model.The gestational nutrition knowledge and breastfeeding knowledge of the primiparae, breastfeeding success rate and breastfeeding effect, breastfeeding self-efficacy scale score and satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in age, body mass index(BMI),educational background and income level of the primiparae between the two groups(all P>0.05).The scores of the primiparae in gestational nutrition knowledge and breastfeeding knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.145 and 2.307 respectively, both P<0.05).The breastfeeding success rate and score in feeding effect of the primiparae in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(χ~2/t=4.876 and 2.089 respectively, both P<0.05).The scores in breastfeeding self-efficacy and satisfaction of the primiparae in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.126 and 2.023 respectively, both P<0.05).Conclusion The medical consortium management model can increase reserves in gestational nutrition knowledge and breastfeeding knowledge of the primiparae, improve breastfeeding success rate and feeding effect.And breastfeeding self-efficacy and satisfaction of the mothers are higher.It is worthy to popularized in clinic.更多还原
