【摘要】 目的了解2015年至2019年北京市女性生殖道沙眼衣原体(CT)感染的流行特点,为制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统收集2015年至2019年北京市女性生殖道CT感染报告数据,应用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果报告CT感染发病率由2015年的6.24/10万增加到2019年的15.11/10万,年均增长24.73%。20～49岁性活跃人群的CT感染病例数占全部病例的93.35%。2015年至2018年CT感染发病率最高为30～岁年龄组,2019年CT感染发病率最高为20～岁年龄组。各年龄组2015年至2019年报告CT感染发病率均有所增长,增幅最大为20～岁年龄组,其次为15～岁年龄组,年均增长率分别为63.93%和43.08%。报告病例来源以综合医院最多(69.00%),妇幼保健机构报告病例所占比例从2015年的8.89%增加到2019年的17.20%(χ~2=29.94,P<0.05)。结论北京市女性生殖道CT感染报告发病率呈逐年增长趋势,15～24岁年龄段人群增长迅速,因此要关注青少年的性与生殖健康教育,重视生殖道CT的流行动态,并提高监测水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate epidemiological features of female genital chlamydia trachomatis(CT) infection in Beijing, so as to provide scientific basis for formulating control strategies.Methods The data of the cases with CT infection in Beijing were collected from the disease surveillance information reporting system over a period from 2015 to 2019 and analyzed with descriptive epidemiological method.Results The reported incidence rate of female genital CT infection increased from 6.24 per 100 000 in 2015 to 15.11 per 100 000 in 2019,with an average annual increasing rate of 24.73%.During the period from 2015 to 2019,84.14% of all reported cases were women in age grades of 20～49 years old.The highest incidence of genital CT infection was found in the 30～year-old age group from 2015 to 2018 and that was found in the 20～year-old age group in 2019.The reported incidence rates increased yearly in all age goups during the period from 2015 to 2019,and the average annual rate of increase in the 20～year-old age group was highest(63.93%),followed by the 15～year-old age group(43.08%).The hightest proportion(69.00%) of the cases were reported from general hospitals, the proportion of the cases reported from maternal and child health institutions increased from 8.89% in 2015 to 17.20% in 2019(χ~2=29.94,P<0.05).Conclusion The reported incidence rate of female genital CT infection shows an increasing trend, and the rapid increase in the incidence rate is found among those women aged 15～24 years.More attention should be paid on sexual and reproductive health education for adolescents and young adults.Epidemic of genital CT infection should be concerned, and its surveillance level need to be improved.更多还原
