【摘要】 目的对孕产相关疾患(WOICE)测量工具产后问卷进行汉化并评价其信效度,为产后妇女的孕产相关疾患提供科学的测量工具。方法采用汉化后的WOICE测量工具产后问卷,对2020年1月和2020年6月至9月在复旦大学附属妇产科医院产后门诊进行产后42天检查的310名妇女进行调查。通过Cronbach’s α系数、分半信度和重测信度评价问卷的信度;通过内容效度和准则效度进行问卷效度分析。结果 WOICE测量工具产后问卷的Cronbach’s α系数为0.875,分半信度系数是0.689,重测信度系数是0.837;Spearman相关分析显示体格检查评分与产后症状部分各维度(产后生理症状、生活功能损伤及心理评估)的相关系数r分别为0.678、0.382、0.446,均P<0.01;Kruskal-Wallis检验结果显示,体格检查不同组间在产后生理症状、生活功能损伤和心理评估维度的自评得分差异均有统计学意义(H值分别为128.573、41.706、54.420,均P<0.01)。结论中文版WOICE测量工具产后问卷具有较好的信效度,适用于测量产后妇女的孕产相关疾患情况,评估其产后生理、心理和功能状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To localize the postpartum questionnaire of maternal WOICE tool, and evaluate its reliability and validity, and provide a scientific measurement tool for maternal-related disorders in postpartum women.Methods 310 women who had a 42-day postpartum checkup in the postpartum clinic of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University between January 2020 and June to September 2020 were surveyed by the postpartum questionnaire of the WOICE measurement tool of the Chinese version.Cronbach’s α coefficient, split-half reliability and test-re-test reliability were used to measure the reliability of the questionnaire.The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated by content validity analysis and correlation analysis.Results The Cronbach’s α,split-half reliability, and test-retest reliability for the Chinese version of the WOICE postpartum questionnaire were 0.875,0.689,and 0.837,respectively.Spearman correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficients between the physical examination score and the dimensions of postpartum symptoms(postpartum physiological symptoms, life function impairment, and psychological evaluation) were 0.678,0.382,and 0.446,respectively, all P<0.01.The results of the Kruskal Wallis test showed that there were significant differences in the self-evaluation scores of postpartum physical symptoms, life function impairment, and psychological evaluation among different groups of physical examination(H=128.573,41.706,and 54.420,respectively, all P<0.01).Conclusion The WOICE postpartum questionnaire of the Chinese version has good reliability and validity, which is suitable for measuring the postpartum women’s maternity-related diseases and assessing their postpartum physical, psychological and functional status.更多还原
