【摘要】 为贯彻落实习近平总书记关于"‘十四五’规划编制工作要开门问策、集思广益,把加强顶层设计和坚持问计于民统一起来,齐心协力把‘十四五’规划编制好"的重要指示精神,本研究对北京市、上海市、江苏省、广东省四个经济发达省市过去五年在儿童健康工作中取得的阶段性成绩进行了比较。通过对比分析梳理出四省市《儿童发展规划》中有关儿童与健康制定内容的异同;同时梳理了2016—2020年间发布的儿童与健康相关政策,结合文献分析法,分析了我国儿童健康事业发展工作现状,为儿童健康发展的"十四五"规划有关政策制定及下一周期《儿童发展纲要(2021—2030)》提供有益的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to implement the important directive spirit of General Secretary Xi Jin-ping,"in the preparation work of 14 th Five-Year Plan,it is necessary to open the door to ask for ideas and brainstorm,unify the strengthening of top-level design and insist on consultation with the people,and make concerted efforts to prepare the 14 th Five-Year Plan".This study compares the periodic achievements of children’s health work in four economically developed provinces and cities,such as Beijing,Shanghai,Jiangsu and Guangdong,in the past five years.Through comparative analysis,we sorted out the similarities and differences in the contents of children and health in the Children Development Plan of the four provinces and cities,and children and health-related policies issued from 2016 to 2020 were also sorted.Combined with literature analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation of children’s health development in China,so as to provide useful references for the formulation of relevant policies in the 14 th Five-Year Plan for children’s health development and "Child Development Outline(2021-2030)" in the next cycle.更多还原
