改善天丝面料原纤化的染整工艺

【摘要】 研究天丝/棉混纺面料的染整工艺,对比不同前处理加工流程及工艺,探讨染色固色工艺对面料白度、毛效、强力以及色牢度的影响。确定最佳前处理流程为:冷堆→漂白,最优冷堆工艺为:烧碱15 g/L,双氧水5 g/L,堆置时间20 h;活性及还原染色固色碱最佳用量分别为8、12 g/L。采用该工艺生产的面料甲醛质量分数可保证在10×10-6以内,洗后布面光洁,无毛羽问题,有效解决了天丝面料原纤化问题。

【Abstract】 The dyeing and finishing process of Tencel/cotton blended fabrics was studied, and the different pre-treatment processes and processes were compared. The influence of dyeing and fixing process on the whiteness, wool effect,strength and various dyeing fastness of fabrics were explored. The optimal pre-treatment was cold reactor→bleaching, and the optimal cold reactor process was as follows: caustic soda 15 g/L, hydrogen peroxide 5 g/L, stacking time 20 h. The optimal fixing alkali dosage for active and reduction dyeing was 8, 12 g/L respectively. The formaldehyde mass fraction of the fabric produced by this process could be guaranteed to be within 10×10-6, the fabric surface was smooth after washing, and there was no hairiness problem, which effectively solved the problem of tencel fabric fibrillation.
