涂料数码印花应用工艺研究

【摘要】 采用涂料数码印花前处理液DM-8815对棉织物进行前处理,通过单因素实验分析产品用量、焙烘温度对喷墨印花表观得色深度、耐摩擦色牢度、黄变、洗水防沾色等性能的影响。最佳前处理配方:DM-8815 5.0%,焙烘温度150℃,焙烘时间120 s。通过DM-8814B后整理工艺进一步提升印花织物的得色深度、耐摩擦色牢度及手感效果,并赋予涂料数码印花颜色鲜艳、得色较深、手感优良、耐摩擦色牢度优异等优点。

【Abstract】 Cotton fabrics were pretreated with digital printing pretreatment solution DM-8815. The effects of product dosage and baking temperature on inkjet printing apparent color depth, color fastness to rubbing, yellowing and anti-staining in washing were analyzed by single factor experiment. The optimal pretreatment formula was as follows: pretreatment solution DM-8815 5.0%, baking temperature 150 ℃, baking time 120 s. The color gain, color fastness to rubbing and handle effect of the printed fabric were further improved through the DM-8814B post-finishing process. At the same time, some advantages such as bright color, dark color, good handle, excellent color fastness to rubbing was given to the digital printing coating.
