考虑水资源承载力的郑州市产业结构优化研究

【摘要】 为实现地区产业结构升级及水资源高效利用,利用相关分析理论与灰色系统理论,研究产业结构同用水量之间的关系,在确定产业结构优化方向基础上,构建考虑水资源承载力的郑州市产业结构优化模型,对不同水平年的区域产业结构进行优化,确定产业优化方案并进行分析。2025年、2030年郑州市第一、第二、第三产业产值比优化后分别为1.28∶36.78∶61.94、1.13∶35.88∶62.99。模型优化结果表明,郑州市产业结构在优化的同时可提高水资源的利用效率。

【Abstract】 Aiming at upgrading the regional industrial structure and achieving efficient use of water resources, this paper used relevant analysis theory and grey system theory to study the relationship between industrial structure and water consumption. On the basis of determination of the direction of industrial structure optimization, an industrial structure optimization model considering water carrying capacity was constructed, optimized the regional industrial structure under different level years, determined the industrial optimization scheme and analyzed them. The proportion of industrial structure in 2025 and 2030 will be 1.28:36.78:61.94 and 1.13:35.88:62.99, respectively. The model optimization results show that the optimized industrial structure of Zhengzhou in the future level years will improve the efficiency of water resources utilization.
