基于微控制器的一种工程机械操作技能竞赛评分装置
A Scoring Device for Operation Skill Competition of Construction Machinery Base on Microcontroller
【摘要】 本文介绍了基于微控制器的一种工程机械操作技能竞赛评分装置的技术方案、硬件设计及软件设计。该装置适用于路面碾压(直线和弧线)、单轨行驶、倒车入库三个工程机械操作技能竞赛项目。该装置安装在竞赛工程车内,包括微控制器、电源模块、数据采集模块、显示模块、报警模块,完成了竞赛项目数据实时、准确采集,实现了竞赛结果的电子化、自动化、可视化,提升了工程机械技能竞赛打分的公正、客观、高效性。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a scoring device for operation skill competition of construction machinery base on microcontroller, including the design of overall scheme, hardware and software. The device is suitable for three projects of operation skill competition of construction machinery, including the road surface rolling(straight line and ARC), going over the monorail and reversing into the garage. The device is installed in the competition project vehicle, including a micro-controller, a power supply module, a data acquisition module, a display module and an abnormal alarm module, it completes the real-time and accurate collection of competition project data, realizes the electronization, automation and visualization of the competition results, and promotes the fair, objective and high efficiency of the construction machinery skill competition scoring.
