【摘要】 收集李云英教授治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的有效处方,采用频数分析、关联规则分析和主成分因子分析等数据挖掘方法探讨李云英教授治疗慢性鼻窦炎用药的组合规律。对216首处方的分析结果显示,共计使用中药60味,用药频次居前且关联性较大的药物主要为甘草、白芷、路路通、藿香、辛夷、苍耳子、党参、黄芩、地龙、冬瓜子、皂角刺等,均以宣通鼻窍、健脾祛湿等药物为主。关联分析中关联最频繁的药物为白芷,为李云英教授治疗慢性鼻窦炎的核心药物。主成分因子分析结果得到2个新方组合,新方组合1的组成为白芷、藿香、路路通、陈皮、皂角刺、法半夏、紫菀;新方组合2的组成为白扁豆、鸡血藤、桑寄生、狗脊。分析结果显示李云英教授治疗慢性鼻窦炎擅长运用通窍健脾祛湿药如白芷、藿香、党参、地龙、茯苓等中药。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effective recipes for the treatment of chronic sinusitis prescribed by Professor LI Yun-Ying were collected for the exploration of the medication rules for chronic sinusitis treated by LI Yun-Ying with the methods of frequency analysis, association rule analysis and principal component analysis. A total of 216 prescriptions involving 60 herbs prescribed by Professor LI Yun-Ying in treating chronic sinusitis have been obtained. The herbs with leading frequency and being frequently associated were Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae,Fructus Liquidambaris, Herba Pogostemonis, Flos Magnoliae, Fructus Xanthii, Radix Codonopsis, Radix Scutellariae,Pheretima,Semen Benincasae,and Spina Gleditsiae,which mainly have the actions of dredging the orifices of nose,invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness. The association rule analysis showed that Radix Angelicae Dahuricae is the most frequently associated herb,and is also the core herb in treating chronic sinusitis prescribed by Professor LI Yun-Ying. The results of principal component analysis showed that two new candidate recipes for the treatment of chronic sinusitis prescribed by Professor LI Yun-Ying were obtained. The new candidate recipe 1 is mainly composed of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Herba Pogostemonis, Fructus Liquidambaris, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Spina Gleditsiae, Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata, and Radix Asteris. And the new candidate recipe 2 is mainly composed of Semen Dolichos Lablab,Caulis Spatholobi,Herba Taxilli,and Rhizoma Cibotii. The results indicated that Professor LI Yun-Ying usually utilizes the herbs of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Herba Pogostemonis, Radix Codonopsis, Pheretima, and Poria with the actions of dredging orifices,invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness during the treatment of chronic sinusitis.更多还原
