【摘要】 介绍罗笑容辨治岭南地区小儿便秘的经验。罗笑容认为,小儿便秘与脾气不足,推动无力及热盛津伤、肠道失濡密切相关,提出小儿便秘的常见证型为脾虚不运证与肠道失濡证,治法为运脾益气与清热润燥,分别以四君子汤合六磨汤加减及增液汤加味对治。同时强调,治疗小儿便秘,慎用攻法,免伤脾胃;用药平和,顾护正气。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces LUO Xiaorong’s experience in treating constipation in children in Lingnan area. LUO Xiaorong believes that constipation in children is closely related to inability to constipate due to the lack of spleen qi,excessive heat consuming fluid and loss of intestinal moisture. LUO proposes that the common syndrome types of constipation in children are the syndrome of spleen deficiency failing to move and the syndrome of intestinal moisture loss. Its treatment is to transport the spleen and tonify qi and clear heat and moisten dryness,and use modified Sijunzi tang combined with Liumo tang and modified Zengte tang to treat. LUO also stresses that the treatment of constipation in children should use the attacking method with caution to avoid injury to the spleen and stomach,and should use neutral medicine to protect the healthy qi.更多还原
