【摘要】 从陈志强教授"症病同治"的学术思想内涵介绍层层推进,探讨分析蜂针疗法治疗膀胱癌的"症病同治"诊疗策略。认为蜂针疗法可以治疗膀胱癌术后的"症",且符合现代医学治疗理念。具体体现在:(1)蜂针疗法辨证取穴能治疗临床"症"状;(2)蜂毒肽诱导膀胱癌细胞凋亡,可治疗现代医学的"病";(3)蜂针疗法体现了"症病同治"诊疗策略下"三辨证"的学术思想。提出在膀胱尿路上皮癌电切术后,临床开展规范的蜂针疗法辨证治疗应成为一种可行的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Starting from the elaboration of academic thought of CHEN Zhiqiang’s "treating syndrome and disease simultaneously", this paper discusses the diagnosis and treatment strategy of apitherapy for bladder cancer patients after surgery. It is believed that apitherapy can treat the "syndrome" bladder cancer patients after surgery,and match the modern medical treatment concept,which is embodied in the following aspects:(1)bee needling therapy by selecting points based on syndrome differentiation can treat clinical "syndrome";(2) Inducing apoptosis of bladder cancer cells with melittin can treat "disease" in the aspect of modern medicine;(3) apitherapy reflects the academic thought of "three syndrome differentiations" under the strategy of "treating syndrome and disease simultaneously". It is suggested that it should be a feasible way to clinically carry out standard apitherapy based on syndrome differentiation for patients who had transurethral resection of bladder urothelial carcinoma.更多还原
