【摘要】 目的:观察桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效及其对性激素水平的影响。方法:将108例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组54例。对照组给予米非司酮治疗,观察组在对照组的基础之上联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,2组均连续治疗12周。比较分析2组临床疗效、治疗前后肌瘤体积变化及血清促卵泡生成激素（FSH）、促黄体生成激素（LH）、雌二醇（E₂）、孕酮（P）水平变化。结果:观察组总有效率为96.30%,对照组为85.19%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后,2组肌瘤体积均较治疗前缩小（P<0.05）;且观察组肌瘤体积小于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后,2组血清FSH、LH、E₂、P水平均较治疗前明显降低（P<0.05）;且观察组血清FSH、LH、E₂、P水平均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论:桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤效果确切,可缩小肌瘤体积,改善患者血清性激素水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect of Guizhi Fuling capsules combined with mifepristone for hysteromyoma and its effect on the levels of sex hormones. Methods:A total of 108 cases of patients with hysteromyoma were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mifepristone, and the observation group was additionally treated with Guizhi Fuling capsules based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. The changes in the volumes of myoma and the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone（FSH）,luteinizing hormone（LH）,estradiol（E₂） and progesterone（P） in serum before and after treatment as well as the clinical effect in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:The total effective rate was96.30% in the observation group and 85.19% in the control group,the difference being significant（P<0.05）. After treatment,the volumes of myoma in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment（P<0.05）; the volume in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group（P<0.05）. After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH,E₂ and P in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment（P<0.05）;the above levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion:The therapy of Guizhi Fuling capsules combined with mifepristone has definite clinical effect in treating hysteromyoma,which can effectively reduce the volume of myoma and improve the levels of sex hormones.更多还原
