盐城大丰泥螺养成群体贝壳框架性状对体质量和净体质量的影响效果分析
Effects of Shell Frame Traits on Body Weight and Net Body Weight of the Cultivated Population of Dafeng Bullacta exarata in Yancheng Impact Analysis
【摘要】 以盐城大丰泥螺养成群体为研究对象,以壳长(X1)、壳宽(X2)、壳高(X3)、AB (X4)、BC(X5)、BD(X6)、BE(X7)等7项贝壳框架性状和体质量(BW)、净体质量(NW)为生物学测定指标,采用多元分析法定量研究了贝壳框架性状对体质量(BW)和净体质量(NW)的影响效应。结果表明:(1)9项测定性状的变异系数排序呈NW>X6>BW>X4>X5>X3>X2>X1>X7,其中BW和NW的变异系数均大于40%,具较大的选育潜力;(2)经相关分析,BW、NW与本研究所涉7项贝壳框架性状均呈极显著相关(P<0.01),且相关系数均以X1为最大,X6为最小;(3)经通径分析和复相关分析,BW与被保留的X1、X2、X6的决定系数加和值和复相关指数均为0.851,NW与被保留的X1、X6的决定系数加和值和复相关指数均为0.785;(4)经偏回归分析,用于估算BW和NW的最优方程依次为:BW=-2.559+0.16X1+0.134X2-0.77X6和NW=-0.643+0.066X1-0.036X6。
【Abstract】 Taking Yancheng Dafeng Bullacta exarata as the research object, the shell length(X1), shell width(X2), shell height(X3), AB(X4), BC(X5), BD(X6), BE(X7) And other 7 shell frame traits and body weight(BW) and net body weight(NW) are biological measurement indicators. The multivariate analysis method is used to quantitatively study the effects of shell frame traits on body weight(BW) and net body weight(NW). Influence effect. The results showed that:(1) The order of the coefficient of variation of the 9 measured traits was NW>X6>BW>X4>X5>X3>X2>X>X7, among which the coefficient of variation of BW and NW were both greater than 40%, with larger choices.(2) According to correlation analysis, BW and NW are extremely significantly correlated with the 7 shell frame traits involved in this study(P<0.01), and the correlation coefficients are X1 as the largest and X6 as the smallest;(3) Through path analysis and multiple correlation analysis, the sum of the determination coefficients of BW and the retained X1, X2, and X6 and the multiple correlation index are both 0.851, and the sum of the determination coefficients of NW and the retained X1, X6 is the multiple correlation index is 0.785;(4) After partial regression analysis, the optimal equations for estimating BW and NW are:BW=-2.559+0.16 X1+0.134 X2-0.77 X6 and NW=-0.643+0.066 X1-0.036 X6
