贵州木薯杂交选育新品系GZ14系列研究初报
Selection of New Cassava Hybrid GZ14 Lines Suitable for Planting in Guizhou
【摘要】 2014年采用自然授粉等方式进行木薯杂交育种,经过多代系统选育,获得GZ14系列5个木薯新品系。通过品比试验,从中筛选出优良木薯株系GZ14-071。结果显示,GZ14-071鲜薯产量和鲜薯淀粉含量分别为55.47 t/hm2和30.29%,比对照高5.6%和4.48%。因此,推荐选用GZ14-071参加区域性试验和生产性试验。
【Abstract】 In 2014 cassava was bred and selected through hand and natural pollination with cassava germplasm GR911 as maternal parent to evolve hybrids. After multi-generation system selection, five new cassava lines of the GZ14 cassava series were evolved from the cassava germplasm GR911. Clonal trial for the five cassava lines was conducted with cassava SC205 as control. The clonal trial showed the cassava line GZ14-071 performed the best among the five cassava lines, with its yield of fresh roots and starch content being 55.47 t/ha and 30.29%, respectively, which are 5.6% and 4.48% higher than those of the control SC 205. Therefore, cassava GZ14-071 is recommended for regional trial and production trial.
