【摘要】 学生是我国结核病防治工作的重点人群,学校结核病防控是校内传染病防控工作的重点、难点和热点。为加强新形势下的学校结核病控制工作,国家卫生健康委、教育部制定下发了《中国学校结核病防控指南(2020年版)》。本文针对该指南中学校结核病防控策略和措施、入学健康体检结核病筛查、学校结核病预警响应、接触者筛查和处置以及学生患者诊疗质量控制和管理等一些重点问题进行了解读和思考,为日常学校结核病防控工作提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Students are the key group of tuberculosis prevention and control work in China, and tuberculosis prevention and control represents crucial and difficult tasks as well as hotspot of infectious disease prevention and control in school campus, for which the National Health Commission and Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China jointly drafted and issued the Guidelines for Tuberculosis Prevention and Control in Chinese Schools(2020 Edition).This paper aims at discussing and interpreting some key issues specified in the guideline, including strategies and countermeasures in school tuberculosis prevention and control, health examination and tuberculosis screening upon start of school semesters, establishment of warning response mechanisms, screening and management of the suspected contacts, and quality control and management of the diagnosis and treatment in confirmed cases, with an attempt to provide reference to routine prevention and control of tuberculosis in school administration affaires.更多还原
