【摘要】 鸦片战争以后,大量外国医学传教士进入中国,他们在各通商口岸传教并建立医院,开设门诊,为当地公众治疗疾病,客观上促进了近代中国西医和西医医院的发展。在此背景下,由英国传教士劳哈脱建立的上海仁济医院发展迅速,医院急诊部、外科部、门诊部及住院部等先后设立,并引进了当时国际较先进的X光机和无菌手术等检查治疗手段,医院规模和设备水平位居国内前列。同时,仁济医院采用院长负责制和定期会议的方式进行管理,其管理体制具有明显的西式医院管理模式。研究仁济医院的医疗水平和管理体制,可以从医院内部的角度了解近代中国西式医院的专业化和正规化管理的发展情况,对于揭示近代中国西医医院的医疗水平和管理制度,有一定裨益。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the Opium War, a large number of foreign medical missionaries came into China. They preached and established hospitals at various trading ports, opened outpatient clinics, and treated diseases for the local public, which objectively promoted the development of modern Chinese Western medicine and Western medicine hospitals.
