环境时效对预浸料自动铺放工艺粘性的影响
Out-time Effects on the Prepreg Tack in Automated Lay-up Process
【摘要】 预浸料表面粘性是复合材料自动铺丝成型和自动铺带成型质量的重要影响因素之一。本文采用一种新研制的自动铺放装置和单向预浸带剥离力测试夹具,测试了碳纤维增强环氧预浸料在不同暴露温度和暴露时间的表面粘性,得到了预浸料表面粘性随暴露温度和暴露时间的变化规律。试验结果表明,相同暴露温度下预浸料的表面粘性随暴露时间的增长而降低,并呈现较好的线性关系;暴露温度越高,表面粘性下降速率越大。根据不同暴露温度下预浸料表面粘性变化斜率,给出了用于指导工程应用的预浸料等效暴露单位的换算方法。
【Abstract】 Prepreg tack is one of the important factors on the lay-up quality of composite part in the automated lay-up manufacturing technologies, such as automated fiber placement(AFP) and automated tape laying(ATL). The tack of prepreg was tested to study the effect of out-time in different storage temperature with a new self-designed automated lay-up device and a peel test rig. The test results show that the prepreg tack decreases with the increasing of the out-time exposed in different temperatures. The deceasing rate of prepreg tack in high exposure temperature is higher than the low exposure temperature. According to the slopes of the prepreg tack under different exposure temperatures, this paper provides an equivalent exposure conversion unit method of prepreg for engineering application.
