双院协同育人的价值意蕴和实现路径研究——以汕头大学为例

【摘要】 推进"学院+书院"协同育人是现代书院制深化改革的内在要求和重要保证。当前,定位分工不明、沟通机制不畅通、导师积极性不高等方面问题,影响和制约着双院协同育人进一步发展。应从理念、目标、主体、内容、载体五个层面着手,构建双院协同育人一体化机制,转变思想观念,整合资源平台,凝聚发展力量,实现三全育人。

【Abstract】 Promoting the collaborative education of "college + academy" is the internal requirement and important guarantee for the deepening reform of modern academy system. At present, the problems of unclear positioning and division of labor, unimpeded communication mechanism and low enthusiasm of tutors affect and restrict the further development of collaborative education between colleges and academies. Starting from the five aspects of concept, goal, subject, content and carrier, we should build an integrated mechanism of collaborative education between colleges and academies, change ideas, integrate resource platforms, condense development forces, and realize three complete educations.
