【Abstract】 Promoting the collaborative education of "college + academy" is the internal requirement and important guarantee for the deepening reform of modern academy system. At present, the problems of unclear positioning and division of labor, unimpeded communication mechanism and low enthusiasm of tutors affect and restrict the further development of collaborative education between colleges and academies.
