【Abstract】 Confronted with complicated international situation, exploring new opportunities for cooperation on science, technology and innovation(STI) between China and small European countries is of great significance for China to open up a new prospect of STI cooperation with Europe and achieve high-quality open innovation.This paper introduces Malta’s national STI system, policies, performance and characteristics, then analyzes the potential of Sino-Malta bilateral cooperation in terms of STI, explores the entry points of bilateral cooperation,and finally puts forward some suggestions for future Sino-Malta STI cooperation.更多还原
