泡沫富集法分离废水中的甲基橙染料
Separation of methyl orange dyes from wastewater by foam enrichment method
【摘要】 以溴化十六烷基吡啶为发泡剂,研究了其浓度、气速等因素对甲基橙分离效果的影响。在室温25℃,溴化十六烷基吡啶的浓度0.190 mmol·L-1,气速12.1 mL·s-1,装液量40.0 mL时,甲基橙有良好的分离效果,其去除率为92.8%,富集比为41.2。该方法在染料废水处理中具有潜在价值。
【Abstract】 Using cetylpyridine bromide as foaming agent, the effects of its concentration and gas velocity on the separation efficiency of methyl orange were studied. At room temperature 25 ℃, when the concentration of cetylpyridine bromide was 0.190 mmol·L-1, the gas rate was 12.1 m L·s-1, and the liquid volume was 40.0 m L, the methyl orange showed a good separation effect, with the removal rate of 92.8% and the enrichment ratio of 41.2. This method has potential value in dye wastewater treatment.
