【Abstract】 With the increase in negative news about education,the professional life of the teacher group is gradually overshadowed,and there is little attention to teachers ’personal professional experience and psychology in existing teacher culture research.Based on the observation of teachers ’occupational security,the change track of teachers’ professional experience is searched,the internal and external influencing factors of teachers ’occupational security are presented,and three strategies to improve teachers’ professional security are proposed.更多还原
