【摘要】 农村公共文化服务体系关乎乡村振兴战略的整体进程,对促进乡风文明、保障社会稳定、增强农民文化自信、提高国家文化治理能力和政府服务水平具有重要意义。目前,农村公共文化服务体系存在资金投入薄弱、基础设施建设滞后、供需失衡、人才匮乏、资源开发不足、建设主体单一等问题。在进入全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程之际,要大力完善农村公共文化服务体系。为此,要注重通过构建多元资金投入机制、完善供需反馈偏纠机制、建立人才引进激励机制、健全农村文化市场体系、创新文化服务机制等路径,来解决当前农村公共文化服务存在的问题,满足农民对精神文化和美好生活的需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rural public cultural service system affects the overall process of rural revitalization strategy. It is of great significance to promote rural civilization,ensure social stability,enhance farmers’ cultural self-confidence,improve the cultural governance capacity of the country and increase levels of government service. At present,rural public cultural service system is facing the following challenges: weak investment; lagging infrastructure construction; imbalance between supply and demand; shortage of talents; insufficient resource development; single construction subject. At the time of entering the new journey of building a socialist modernized country in an all-round way,the rural public cultural service system needs to be greatly improved. Therefore,these problems need to be solved in order to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of farmers and the needs of farmers for a better life by constructing the multiple mechanism of capital investment,improving the feedback mechanism of supply and demand,establishing incentive mechanism for talent introduction,improving the rural cultural market system,and innovating cultural service mechanism.更多还原
