【摘要】 目的探究哮喘患儿免疫功能与其气道功能的相关性。方法选择2017年1月—2020年1月本院收治的100例哮喘患儿为研究组,按照其病情严重程度区分为轻度组(31例)、中度组(40例)和重度组(29例)三组;另选取同期于本院接受体格检查的50名健康儿童为对照组。分别检测两组研究对象的CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、用力呼出75%肺活量呼气流量(FEF75)、用力呼出50%肺活量呼气流量(FEF50)等指标,开展组间差异性比较,并探究哮喘患儿免疫功能与其气道功能的相关性。结果随着病情的加重,研究组患儿CD8~+、IL-4以及IL-17水平逐渐升高,明显高于对照组(P<0.05),同时研究组患儿的CD3~+、CD4~+、FEF75和FEF50逐渐降低,明显低于对照组(P<0.05);经Spearman相关性分析显示,CD3~+、CD4~+同FEF75均呈正相关,CD8~+同FEF75呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论哮喘患儿免疫功能指标同其气道功能存在一定的相关性,可以考虑将免疫指标作为评估哮喘患儿病情严重程度的参考,推广于临床中。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between immune function and airway function in children with asthma.Methods A total of 100 children with asthma those admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the study group, and they were divided into mild group(31 cases),moderate group( 40 cases) and severe group( 29 cases) according to the severity of the disease.Another 50 healthy children who received physical examination in our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group. The CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and interleukin-4( IL-4) and interleukin-17( IL-17),and forced expiratory flow at 75% of FVC exhaled( FEF75),and forced expiratory flow at 50% of FVC exhaled( FEF50) in the study group and the control group were detected respectively,and comparison was conducted between the two groups,explore the correlation between immune function and airway functionin asthmatic children. Results With the aggravation of the disease,the levels of CD8+,IL-4 and IL-17 in the study group were gradually increased,which were significantly higher than those in the control group( P<0.05). Meanwhile,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,FEF75 and FEF50 in the study group were gradually decreased,which were significantly lower than those in the control group( P<0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that CD3+,CD4+were positively correlated with FEF75,CD8+was negatively correlated with FEF75( P < 0. 05). Conclusions There is a certain correlation between immune function indexes and airway function in asthmatic children,which can be used as a reference to evaluate the severity of asthma in children.更多还原
