【摘要】 随着无创正压通气(NPPV)技术的发展普及,无创正压通气已成为呼吸支持的重要工具,其操作简单灵活,保留患者的上气道防御功能,避免气管插管或者气管切开,患者易于接受。无创通气应用中的相关并发症,如面部压力性损伤、胃肠胀气、幽闭恐惧症以及误吸和漏气等,影响了患者的使用和治疗效果。本文就无创机械通气并发症的防治进行综述,旨在为临床工作提供更优的解决办法。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development and popularity of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation(NPPV) technology, NPPV has become an important tool for respiratory support. It is simple and flexible to operate, retains the upper airway defense function of patients, avoids endotracheal intubation or tracheotomy, and is easy to be accepted by patients. Complications associated with noninvasive ventilation, such as facial pressure injury, flatulence, claustrophobia, aspiration and leakage of air, affect the implement and treatment outcome. This paper reviews the prevention and treatment of complications of non-invasive mechanical ventilation, aiming to provide a better solution for clinical work.更多还原
