【摘要】 生态环境资产作为城市资产的重要组成部分,是人类赖以生存和发展的重要物质基础。如何科学地界定城市生态环境资产的内涵、主要科目,构建系统的评价体系,总结城市生态环境资产管理的经验和实现路径,对城市的可持续发展具有重要的理论价值与现实意义。本文从厘清和阐述生态环境资产的概念与范畴出发,分析了一线全球城市发展对城市生态环境资产的需求,界定了其概念内涵、评价的主要科目,提出了面向全球城市的评价体系,结合文献计量分析总结了全球城市发展历程中的五大共性问题,总结提出了加大城市生态环境资产累积与利用的路径,为实现城市生态环境资产可持续发展提供理论依据和管理建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ecological and environment assets provide the material basis for human life and development.In view of the importance of sustainable development of cities,this paper sets out to define the eco-environmental assets,conduct evaluations,and collect empirical data and resources.This paper starts from the definition of concepts and categories,and develops an evaluation system of urban eco-environmental assets.It then uses bibliometric analysis to investigate the five major environmental challenges commonly facing global cities,and proposes countermeasures accordingly,with the aims of achieving sustainable development This paper seeks to provide theoretical and practical references for the sustainable and optimized use of urban ecological and environmental assets.更多还原
