【摘要】 学术期刊发展对于掌握舆论宣传话语权、促进学术文化交流、提升对外宣传形象具有非常重要的意义。黔南地区现有6家学术期刊,近年来,由于受期刊评价体系、政策导向、媒体融合发展的影响,《黔南民族师范学院学报》面临期刊特色凝炼不够、缺乏品质优良的稿件资源、新兴媒体的冲击、改革创新不足等现实困境,文章试图从科学设置栏目、优化稿件来源和质量、完善核心作者群、提升管理与服务能力等方面提出可行建议,以期为推进黔南学术期刊繁荣发展提供可资借鉴的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of academic journal is of great significance for mastering the discourse power of public opinion,promoting scientific,technological and cultural exchanges and improving the image of foreign publicity. There are six academic journals in Qiannan Prefecture. In recent years,affected by the science and technology evaluation system,policy guidance and media integration development,academic journals in Qiannan prefecture have faced practical difficulties such as unclear journal characteristics,lack of high-quality manuscript resources,impact of emerging media,unstable editorial team and insufficient reform and innovation,etc. Taking the Journal of Qiannan Normal University for Nationalities as a case study,this paper attempts to put forward feasible suggestions from the aspects of scientifically setting columns,optimizing the source and quality of manuscripts,perfecting the core author group,and improving the management and service ability,in order to provide a reference for promoting the prosperity and development of academic journals in Qiannan Prefecture.更多还原
