【摘要】 我国作为经济体量最大的发展中国家,扶贫历来是伴随经济社会发展的重要问题,相关政策也经历了多次重大演变。尽管党领导的专项扶贫开发直到1986年才正式启动,但之前的众多农村体制改革和发展等相关政策已经对改善我国的贫困状况产生了深远的影响。而以往研究缺乏对其系统性的梳理和总结。因此,对建党100年我国农村扶贫政策进行系统性研究,理顺其演进脉络,总结扶贫政策演进至今的主要问题和经验,并对未来建设社会主义现代化强国过程中的扶贫政策构建提出具有可行性的设想,具有特别重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a developing country with the largest economy, China’s poverty reduction has always been an important issue accompanying economic and social development, and related policies have also undergone many major evolutions. Although the special poverty reduction development led by the central government was not officially launched until 1986, many rural system reforms and development policies since 1921 have had a profound impact on China’s poverty situation. However, previous studies lacked a systematic review. Therefore, this article has conducted a systematic study on China’s rural poverty reduction policies in the past 100 years, straightened out its evolution, summed up the main lessons of the poverty reduction policy evolution. Several ideas were put forward to achieve the goal of future poverty alleviation policies.更多还原
