不同运行方式下机组变工况经济性比较分析

【摘要】 汽轮机的运行方式包括滑压运行和定压运行两种,不同运行方式下汽轮机经济性不同。以某600MW反动式亚临界空冷汽轮机为例,计算了定压运行和滑压运行时各项经济性指标,研究结果表明,汽轮机分别采用定压与滑压变负荷运行时,滑压运行高压缸内效率比定压运行时高,中低压缸效率基本保持不变,使汽轮机相对内效率增加;机组总的热耗量相差不大,总的理想做功量减小,机组循环热效率降低,使汽轮机绝对内效率相差不大。汽轮机在低负荷滑压运行时,在保持高压缸较高内效率不变的情况下,可以通过减少总的吸热量或通过提高高压缸的理想做功量来提高机组循环热效率,达到提高汽轮机绝对内效率的目的。

【Abstract】 The operation mode of steam turbine includes sliding pressure operation and constant pressure operation. The economy of steam turbine is different under different operation modes.Taking a 600 MW subcritical steam turbine as an example, the economic indexes of constant pressure and sliding pressure operation were calculated, the results show that the high pressure cylinder’s efficiency of sliding pressure operation is higher than the constant pressure operation, the efficiency of intermediate pressure cylinder remains the same, the efficiency of low pressure cylinder goes up. The total heat consumption has little difference, the total ideal amount of work decreases, and the cycle thermal efficiency decreases, so that the absolute thermal efficiency of the turbine has little difference. Under the condition of keeping the high internal efficiency of the high pressure cylinder unchanged, the cycle thermal efficiency of the turbine can be improved by reducing the total heat absorption or increasing the ideal work amount of the high pressure cylinder, so as to achieve the goal of increasing the absolute thermal efficiency of the turbine.
