轴系扭振激励下叶片动应力分析及寿命评估
Dynamic Stress Analysis and Life Evaluation of Blades under Torsional Vibration Excitation of Shafting
【摘要】 在长叶片的开发过程中,叶片在轴系扭振激励下的动应力分析是一个重要的设计环节。应用有限元分析了某机组在轴系最危险的两相短路工况下,低压末级叶片的瞬态动应力,评估了叶片在瞬态激励下的循环寿命,为长叶片的安全运行提供了有力的保障。
【Abstract】 In the process of the development of long blade, blade in the shafting torsional vibration excitation, the dynamic stress analysis is an important part of the design process, in this paper, finite element analysis of a certain unit in shaft is the most dangerous two phase short circuit conditions of low-pressure stage blade at the end of the transient dynamic stress, evaluated the cycle life of blade under transient excitation, to provide powerful guarantee to the safe operation of long blade.
