【摘要】 目的研讨克罗米酚联合二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床治疗效果及对其内分泌水平的影响。方法选取本院108例多囊卵巢综合征患者,比对组54例:单独应用克罗米酚药物治疗;试验组54例:克罗米酚联合二甲双胍药物开展治疗。结果试验组患者排卵、卵泡成熟时间、优质卵泡个数以及妊娠率均高于比对组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖与体质指数均低于比对组(P<0.05)。试验组患者睾酮、促卵泡素、黄体生成素指标高于比对组,试验组雌二醇指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组安全性高于比对组(P<0.05)。结论针对多囊卵巢综合症患者应用二甲双胍联合克罗米酚治疗效果显著,可调节患者血糖,减低体质指数,还可有效调节患者内分泌水平,安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of clomiphene combined with metformin on patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and its effect on the endocrine level.Methods 108 patients with POLYcystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)in the hospital were selected,and 54 patients in the comparison group were treated with clomiphene alone.Experimental group of 54 cases：clomiphene combined with metformin drug treatment.Results Ovulation,follicular maturity,number of high-quality follicles and pregnancy rate in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and body mass index of the experimental group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The indicators of testosterone,follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the indicators of estradiol in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The safety of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with clomiphol has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with POLYcystic ovary syndrome,which can regulate blood glucose,reduce body mass index,and effectively regulate the endocrine level of patients with high safety.更多还原
